Online order packer / retail assistant in Manchester

What are you going to do:

• Processing online orders
• Printing order paperwork for online orders then selecting the correct products and packing these securely. Organising shipping labels and updating our website.
• Assisting in the shop
• Working in our shop every other Saturday serving customers using our till.
• Must be friendly and helpful as we are an independent toy shop with customers of all ages and we aim to provide excellent customer service.
• We also now have a growing online side to the business for which we require support and assistance. Confidence in using our Epos, website and order shipping databases are essential - full training will be provided. 
• Also working every other Saturday in the shop serving customers. 
• Retail experience would be useful and a friendly helpful manner is essential. 
• Common sense and the ability to manage workload required.
