Talent Laison - Live-in Accommodation Available - Butlin's Skegness
As Talent Liaison within the entertainments team, you will
spend each day working with, communicating to, and supporting our visiting
acts/artists and our entertainments team. Giving our touring artists the best
experience, hospitality and support whilst with us, and supporting our team
with day to day operations and managing training records. With a genuine
passion for Team, entertainment and service and hospitality, this role is one
of a kind. You will be joining a warm hearted efficient team, all passionate to
give our team, artists and guests a memorable experience.
Do you
Have a positive outlook, and assertive attitude to
problem solving?
Have any basic technical (theatre) knowledge?
(advantageous not essential)
Have an understanding and knowledge of the
entertainment industry?
Have a willingness and natural flare for hospitality?
Have accurate and clear communication skills?
Have Basic Office experience (Dealing with phone calls,
emails, filing and copying?)

different each day?
Purpose of the role
To be responsible for flawless communication and
hospitality for acts / artists at the Skegness resort (including pre
arrival event communications).
Building strong relationships with our agents and
artists, and other departments on resort that will enable you to give a
professional seamless experience.
Dealing with enquiries face to face, over the telephone
and over email, and finding solutions to challenging situations.
To pick up accommodation, technical and general
enquiries for any artist visiting our resort.
To support and advise the new team throughout their pre
arrival and arrival process.
To take responsibility for team training needs, records
and files.
To support the Leadership team with general Office
duties and day to day operations.
What we are looking for?
A proven track record of delivering excellent service
Some Office experience would be helpful but not
essential.
Strong communication skills in all forms
A team player who supports others
Confidence to make decisions, and a willingness to
learn.
Someone with a positive and planned out approach to the
working day. Using their time efficiently.
Technical knowledge from a stage background would be
helpful but not essential.
A practical, versatile and flexible member of the team.
Role info:
Average of 35-39 hours per week. Involves some evenings,
weekends and split shifts. (A unique role requiring a level of flexibility at
times)
