What are you going to do:
You'll be responsible for delivering the exceptional service that makes Portland Brown such a highly respected corporate accommodation provider. The
shifts are 12 hour starting at either 8am, 9am or 10am.
Working alongside our dedicated Housekeeping, Ops Support and Property Maintenance
teams, you'll be responsible for:
- Guest Arrivals / Departures
- Apartment Inspections
- Deliveries
- Guest Requests
- Troubleshooting small
maintenance issues
What we need from you:
- Supremely customer-focused with excellent communication and
interpersonal skills - Highly organised with strong time management, able to prioritise your
own workload - Able to be proactive and take initiative to find solutions to problems
- Physically fit and happy to be outdoors in all weather
- IT Literate: Internet Explorer & MS Office (additional training for
our systems is provided) - Accuracy and attention to detail
- Well presented
- Team player
