It’s all about creating great memories – you’ll add the little touches that make a customer’s visit an experience to remember, along with recommending the perfect drink or side dish to complement their main course.

You don’t need previous experience to join us in this role- It’s all about what you can bring and offer as a person. You’ll be comfortable and confident working within a fast-paced environment, taking pride in everything you do – from setting tables, to cleaning the bar. You’re able to multi task and always ready to adapt when priorities change, remaining calm under pressure.

Like all of us, you really care about our customers- You’ll know our latest drinks and food menu inside-out to offer personalised suggestions and personal favourites, adding to the overall customer experience. Passionate to serve our customers, you’ll equally care about the rest of the team – from colleagues working the restaurant floor, serving on the bar or in our kitchen you’ll communicate well and effectively with each and every one of them.
