Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is ideally situated on the Fylde Coast just a 45 minute drive from Manchester. The Trust provides services to the 440,000 residents of Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre and North Lancashire, as well as specialist tertiary services in haematology, cystic fibrosis, cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery. Due to ward expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for 4 Staff Nurses to join the team on Ward 14, (previously Ward 15a)
Ward 14 is a 22 bedded Emergency Surgical Ward, who will manage Urology, Gynaecology, General Surgical, ENT and Ophthalmic patients.
The successful applicants must be a strong communicator and team player, who is passionate about providing the highest standards of care to all. Newly qualified staff are welcome to apply, and a full preceptorship programme will be provided.
