Urdu Customer Service Advisors (Content Moderation)
We will be recruiting in the early new year for Urdu Content Moderators, working for one of the world's leading social media platforms. Applicants must be able to speak, read and write in Urdu.
As a Content Moderator you will be responsible for the monitoring the content on the social media app, resolving enquiries on a timely manner following our client's policies and taking ownership on demand working in a fast-paced environment.
6 months fixed term contract
Hours: This operation is opened 24/7 and we are looking for those who are fully flexible (Nightshift only positions are available). You will work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
Salary; £19,500 per annum
Location: This role will be home based - you must be located within the UK.
Training: 2 weeks
Requirements for this role:
Fluent in the language Urdu and English
Demonstrate computer literacy (MS office skills)
Comfortable with being exposed to sensitive content on a regular basis
Passion for social media
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Great attention to detail
