Healthcare Assistants – with experience, St Richards and Worthing Hospital
Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) with experience and a qualification in Health to join our teams at St Richards and Worthing Hospitals.
We are looking for kind, caring, compassionate and motivated HCAs who would like to develop their experience and knowledge in a hospital setting. Our HCAs are at the heart of care delivery and are fundamental members of our teams, ensuring that our patients have the best experience possible when they are at their most vulnerable.
In addition to assisting the Registered Nurses (RN) in delivering all aspects of care to our patients, our experienced HCAs also support trainee and apprenticeship colleagues and other ward based learners.
This is an exciting time for our HCAs as we now have a defined career pathway which details the potential for development from HCA to Nursing Associate through to RN status. In addition, we have a dedicated HCA Practice Development team which supports HCAs in practice.
