- Supporting editors with the identification of peer reviewers where required.
- Acting as liaison between subject editors/authors/reviewers and the publishing team.
- Supporting the subject editors and publisher to build a network of editors, scientific reviewers and authors across the social sciences.
- Working with the publisher to constantly improve internal processes and editorial team development.

- Providing ongoing reporting to management team, and reporting/analysis as required to support ongoing journal development.
- Managing the solicitation of journal content in new and emerging social science fields.
- Assisting with editorial expansion/innovation in related fields.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree, ideally PhD, in a Social Science or Humanities discipline essential.
- Good understanding of the academic publishing process. Experience of authoring and the peer review process would be helpful, but not essential.
