What is the Role?

The Customer Provisioning Team is responsible for ordering and delivering services ranging from telephony solutions to high speed fibre circuits from other licensed operators such as Openreach, Vodafone, Virgin Media and TalkTalk.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our provisioning team based in Reading. You'll be responsible for pro-actively managing the delivery from multiple telecoms suppliers, liaising with customers on service delivery, provide regular updates and handovers upon competition.

You'll deal with customers and project managers on all aspects of service delivery as well as managing customer and supplier escalations. Managing customer expectations whilst delivering exceptional customer service will be a critical part of your role.

What do I need?

Excellent communication skills.

A proven track record of dealing with customer enquiries and orders in a fast paced, telecoms customer service environment.

Good product, process and industry knowledge for telecoms products.

Ability to work under pressure.

Precise and attentive to detail - Quality focused.

You will have previous experience in a similar Telecoms Provisioning role with an understanding of networks and telecoms operators. We are looking for an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with an excellent telephone manner, good rapport building skills and the ability to listen and understand. Strong organisation and problem solving skills are very important. We are looking for someone with a pro-active and 'can do' attitude and has the ability to work well in teams. Ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of confidence in handling customer communications, dealing with queries, liaising with 3rd party suppliers whilst delivering excellent Customer Service.
