What are you going to do:
Summer-ized Sessions is a London-based record label and event brand. We pride ourselves on releasing high-quality house music, in tandem with creating exceptional club nights. Our events span the UK (and further afield), while our music reaches all cultural corners of the world.
In line with the expansion of the brand, we’re looking for a part time Record Label Assistant - to help us deliver incredible releases through the Summer-ized Sessions brand.
Working as part of a talented, fast-moving and dynamic team that has deep connections across the industry, the Record Label Assistant position will provide you with excellent music industry experience. Please note this is a currently an unpaid starting position - based on performance, there is potential to move into a paid role within the record label team.
You will be responsible for:
- * Admin support across all music releases, including the use of Soundcloud, Spotify, Inflyte, Beatport, Songstats and Trello
- * Relationship building with key partners and publishers
- * Statistical reporting, through the use of real-time data on streaming platforms
Full support and training will be provided, which will ensure that you're equipped with the knowledge to deliver projects. The ideal candidate will have the tenacity to:
- * Deliver on time and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- * Report to the team on a weekly basis, with their record label updates
- * Prepare release assets and short reports, ahead of record label meetings
Please note that the position is remote, however, being based in London would be an advantage.
