Butlin’s is re-inventing the British seaside break at our three resorts in Minehead, Skegness and Bognor Regis, which attract over 1.5 million guests every year.
The Bognor Regis resort are currently looking for painters on a fixed term contract from November to April, working 40 hours per week.
About the role:
•Painting the interiors of guest accommodation.
•Painting exterior walls around resort.
•Ensuring a safe environment is maintained at all times
•Keeping guest areas tidy, so that everything about us is pristine
•Consistently maintaining high standards across the resort
•Ensuring any works carried out is finished to a high professional level with minimum disruption to our Guests.
•Operate in a professional environment, keeping guest & back of house areas maintained so everything about us is safe and secure at all times.
•Communicating closely with the supervisory team ensuring a smooth working environment.
•Carrying out any repairs required as part of the painting and decorating programme.
About you:
•Have a background in painting, both internal and external
•Have the ability to work as both part of a team and individually
•Be a good timekeeper
•Maintain a positive attitude at all times
•Have a problem-solving attitude where nothing is ever too much trouble.
•The ability to prioritise a workload
•Ability to prioritise workloads and work to structured deadlines and specifications
•Professional and positive approach at all times in the working environment
•Be able to work as part of a team or on own as the work requires
