About The Role

We have a number of fantastic openings for Recruitment Advisors to join our Head Office team, on 6 month contracts.


The Administrators will report to the Resourcing Business Partner, Head Office functions.


In this role, you will be responsible for providing first class administration support whilst handling high volumes of incoming applications, arranging interviews and conducting first stage telephone screening. 


You’ll ensure at all times that the applicant and hiring manager experience is of a high standard.


As the first point of contact for our applicants, you’ll represent Morrisons as an employer of choice and liaise with applicants by email and phone call so that they understand the next steps of their application and receive timely updates.


You will also liaise with Hiring Managers across the business to understand their availability to interview, then arrange meetings accordingly.


The successful candidates will work to a '4 day week' with a day off in the week and 1 in 4 Saturdays/ or part time equivalent.

 

The roles will be based in our Bradford Head Office with some home working, so it’s important to reside within a reasonable distance.

About You

Key Requirements;


  • You will have worked in a fast paced environment previously in a recruitment role or administrative position

  • Extremely organised with an exemplary telephone manner

  • Great communication and networking skills

  • Effective time management and problem solving skills

  • PC literate, comfortable with retaining accurate records and using a recruitment system (with training) 

  • Able to manage complex calendars to arrange (and often rearrange) meetings 

  • Proactive approach with willingness to learn new skills and techniques and great attention to detail

  • Flexibility, adaptability, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with keen observational skills

  • The ability to work with a sense of urgency without compromising quality of work
