Bringing experience of working in content and your passion for health and technology, you will be responsible for inspiring people to take care of their health and wellness. You will drive our Gut Health and Nutrition content strategy and look after its implementation, working closely with the Head of Content to realise and implement our overarching content strategy, the Product team as part of a squad responsible to create an engaging product in the Gut Health and Nutrition space, and with a Wellness Content Editor and external agencies to bring that content to life.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work with the Head of Content to translate overarching content strategy into product-specific content strategies, tactics and implementation
  • As a key player in the Gut Health and Nutrition squad, formulate a specific Gut Health and Nutrition content strategy that realises our product and content vision · Work with the rest of the content team to drive content innovation and best practice
  • Work with the Insights team to identify customer needs and preferences so that content can be developed and targeted accordingly
  • Drive and participate in brainstorming activities with the rest of the content team to develop new content ideas Delivery
  • Execute on strategy by project managing the content delivery to create outstanding, engaging, and relevant new content for the platform across a variety of written, video, audio and interactive formats
  • Contribute to the content calendar to ensure that content is created and published in line with desired timings
  • Work closely with the Wellness Content Editor on content plans and support them in creating engaging content
  • Liaise with external agencies as needed on content delivery
  • Coordinate and manage content uploads onto the CMS with the rest of the team
  • Contribute to and drive additional content projects as needed Collaboration & stakeholder management
  • Work closely with the Product team as part of the Gut Health and Nutrition squad, plus with other squads as required
  • Collaborate with the Design and UX team to optimise content experience and look and feel
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to gain insights from marketing activity, coordinate campaign activity and optimise content for marketing purposes as needed
  • Collaborate with the Science team to ensure a science-led approach to selecting experts and creating content
  • Communicate strategy, progress and blockers to the Journeys Heads of functions · Drive content excellence – you'll be a positive role model for the team and inspire others, flying the flag for high quality content on specific projects and helping the team understand how our work contributes to the bigger picture
  • Monitor ongoing engagement and adopt test and learn approach
  • Analyse and report on content performance against agreed content KPIs
  • Provide reporting and updates to Journeys Head of Content and the wider team
The Person:

The ideal candidate will bring a real passion for improving consumers wellbeing experience in digital content roles within a start-up or a digital brand.  Also key to this role is experience of creating content strategies and working collaboratively with Product and Design teams. Experience working within Gut Health and Nutrition is desirable but not essential.

  • A creative, curious mind, and ability to come up with innovative ideas
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Proven effectiveness in delivering high-quality content, and being methodical and detail oriented
  • Experience in uploading content to a content management system, using standard templates, assigning tags, sourcing imagery, and writing metadata
  • Strong organisational agility in a fast-paced environment and proven cross-boundary collaboration capabilities
  • Team player with experience of breaking down silos and creating shared visions
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, able to influence, inspire and encourage others within the business
