Confection is an exciting dessert stand within Hockley Social Club a street food hall in Birmingham's Jewellery quarter. Confection is created by the founders of street food traders, The Bournville Waffle Company. We are a company that is constantly developing and excited to continue our journey.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Dessert Catering Assistant to join us at Confection at Hockley Social Club with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities -Preparing, cooking and decorating a vast range of puddings and confections, Maintaining a clean and orderly cooking station and adhering to health and safety standards, Cleaning the kitchen, including washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces and floors, Stock management
