The Prince's Trust is a charity organisation in the United Kingdom that helps young people ages 11-30 get into jobs, education, and training.

Through various programs, the Trust provides support to young people who are unemployed or struggling in school, with a focus on those who come from disadvantaged backgrounds.

One of the main ways the Prince's Trust helps young people find jobs is through their Team program, which is a 12-week personal development course that includes a work placement.

The program is designed to help young people build the skills, confidence, and motivation they need to find and keep a job.

The Trust also offers a variety of other programs, including a mentoring scheme, a business start-up program, and a program that helps young people who have been in care find stable housing and employment.

In addition to providing direct support to young people, the Prince's Trust also works with employers to create job opportunities and promote a culture of inclusivity in the workplace.

The Trust also conducts research on youth unemployment and social mobility and uses this research to inform you about programs and to advocate for policy changes that will benefit young people.

The Prince's Trust also provides help to young entrepreneurs, they do this via their Enterprise program, where they provide funding, mentoring and support to help young people start and grow their own businesses.

Overall, The Prince's Trust plays an important role in helping young people in the United Kingdom overcome the barriers that prevent them from finding and keeping good jobs.

Through its various programs and partnerships, the Trust provides young people with skills and confidence. These opportunities they need to build successful careers and contribute to the economic and social well-being of their communities.
