We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing telephone interview team (TI) in our buzzing city central Leeds Office.
This is a pivotal role for our business where you will be speaking to lots of people throughout the day to help them complete their Life insurance application. Being able to build rapport with our clients whilst taking them through the detailed application is key whilst also achieving your targets and goals as set by your leader.
The key skills required for this role are:
We are able to offer a wide range of shift pattens or working hours to accommodate your life outside of work. From Monday to Thursday, we are available from 9am-9pm, Fridays 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. We would need you to work alternate Friday & Saturdays where possible.
This is a hybrid role where we do two days in the office. Tuesday is a team day with a fun and engaging meeting and the other day you can choose, once your initial training has been completed.
The base salary for this role is £20,250 + uplift for working a late shift + an annual bonus of £2,025 a year.
