Options Autism, part of the Outcomes First Group, are recruiting a Head of Care to join our team based in Banham, Norfolk.
The Head of Care role is a senior operational management role responsible for the management of the support services offered by Acorn Park. The role is responsible for the direct line management of the Senior Registered Managers, Registered Managers and other the associated staff within the Support team. The Head of Care is also responsible for the operations, quality of care, safety and financial performance of those services in line with the company vision, mission and values.
Acorn Park is situated in the beautiful village of Banham in Norfolk. Acorn Park is a multi-site with a DfE registered specialist school for pupils with Autism and related disabilities or difficulties. Also within the grounds are 8 individual accommodations - each of which holds its own speciality ranging from support non-verbal pupils all the way through to high functioning pupils who are learning independence for adult life.
