BDO is looking for enthusiastic and well-connected students with a real aptitude for networking to be their Campus Brand Ambassadors for the 2023/24 academic year!
What’s the role?
· In this flexible, paid role, your tasks will include lecture shout-outs, social media promotion, society collaboration, face-to-face networking and wider promotion at your university such as working with the careers department and other academic departments.
· This is a highly creative role, so we are looking forward to hearing your promotional ideas for
the campaign!
· You will be required to organize and run a BDO event with a social mobility focus, which will aim to increase brand awareness and applications from your university.
· You will also be required to attend events organised by your university or by societies to ensure knowledge of BDO and their opportunities are spread far and wide across campus.
· You will be utilising social media to drive engagement to BDO’s Instagram page, including but not limited to: hosting an Instagram takeover on their @lifeatbdo Instagram page and creating engaging video content to headhunt ideal candidates.
· You will be integral in representing BDO in the right way, demystifying the accountancy sector and supporting BDO in achieving their diversity aspirations, and encouraging underrepresented groups to apply to BDO.
· Most importantly, you will receive regular support and feedback every step of the way and will work closely with one of BDO’s Early Careers Advisors throughout the season.
