Nordmann Direct is seeking physically fit, motivated and vibrant people who love the outdoors and want to sell real Christmas trees at our site in Bristol. This is a very fun, active and rewarding job that many people return to year after year!
Our Christmas tree site is open from 22nd November to 18th December. All staff must work on 3 weekends from the start, the last weekend in november and first 2 weekends in December. Weekday work is very flexible and we hire people for both full-time and part-time. Full-time staff will work approximately 40-60 hours per week. Part-time positions will be for weekends, plus at least one optional week day (20-30 hours)

The basic rate of pay is £9.30 for Sales Assistants and between £10.00 - £11.00 for Assistant Store Managers. We will award more shifts and promotions throughout the season based on individual performance. Paid on-the-job training will be given on the products and your duties so do not worry if you don't have the relevant experience. All staff are expected to have their own waterproof shoes, gloves and raincoat.
