More about your role

The role of Health Safety and Property Compliance Co-ordinator is to provide support services to the Health Safety and Property Compliance function and help ensure the data in all key areas and systems are compliant for regulatory, statutory, and mandatory regulations.

You will support in managing data in relation to Compliance Activity as well and providing reports for non-compliant properties. You will also coordinate and Liaise with External consultants to arrange for regular Health and Safety &/or Quality audits are carried out on the contractors, and that any follow-on actions are distributed to the necessary contractor and documented to completion

Travel to offices and operational sites across the country may be required.

More about you

To be considered for this role you will have impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external customers at all levels.

 

 The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data and able to use excel at an advanced level. You should also be able to develop effective working relationship and meet time-sensitive deadlines and having knowledge of V-lookups and pivot tables is also essential along with producing reports and presenting to key stakeholders in the business.
