We're currently recruiting for a Campaign Planning Manager to join our growing Planning Business Partnering Team. In the newly created role you will have an overview of all work and activity going in and out of the Communications team. You will be the gateway to the Marketing & Communications expertise for the rest of the business, joining the dots across the team and ensuring the right resource is prioritised in the most effective and efficient way.

Working closely with our Studio Traffic Manager you will set a schedule of deadlines for the completion of a job and assign experts to each step in the process. The role will allow out Communication business partners to support their business areas to achieve key business plan targets alongside the communication team and group objectives.

If you love spinning multiple plates then this is the role for you, we are looking for candidates who love to multi task and thrive in a busy environment. Previous experience of planning or traffic management in a matrix organisation is essential for success in this role.

You will be a natural relationship builder and will be able to create and maintain relationships across a large organisation. You will be a strong problem solver who can deal with complex information and issues while providing appropriate solutions.
