More about your role 

The Debt Resolution Manager will be responsible for contributing to the effective performance of the Customer Accounts Centre by attending court, evictions and essential home visits to vulnerable customers, across the Bristol area. During periods when court hearings are not scheduled, the Debt Enforcement Manager will be required to support the management of accounts in any of the regions covered by the Customer Accounts Centre.

More about you 

To be considered for this role, it is essential that applicants possess in depth specialist knowledge on customer accounts, court procedures and welfare benefits particularly Universal Credit and Housing Benefit.  You'll have the ability to organise workload, communicate effectively with customers, Account Managers, peers and external agencies. 

You will have a positive ‘can do' attitude, the ability to problem solve, and have a confident, firm but polite manner. A full driving licence and a Basic DBS are also required.
