Join our team at a vibrant Korean cafe as a Part-Time team member in COMPOSE COFFEE. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Korean Drinks and culture to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Prepare and serve coffee and food items in adherence to cafe standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining areas and restrooms
- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge or interest in Korean food and culture is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
