What you'll do

As a Transaction Management Analyst, you’ll be providing effective post-deal support for internal and external stakeholders, following systems, controls and processes and ensuring investor reporting is timely and accurate.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Processing payments to support transactions for capital management activities including securitisation programmes and credit risk insurance, which are designed to reduce risk and capital requirements
  • Operating internal systems and following controls and processes to manage securitisation portfolios and provide investor and regulatory reporting
  • Working with C&I teams to ensure ring-fencing data is collected and reported in a timely monthly basis and liaise with Treasury Risk for the bank’s annual regulatory Rule 17 attestation
  • Assisting with the setting up of special purpose vehicles (SPV), bank accounts and other operational requirements to support new deals
  • Making sure all day to day responsibilities relating to securitisation programmes, credit risk insurance are undertaken on time and highlight process improvement opportunities
  • Supporting systems testing, such as user acceptance testing and system or process improvement initiatives

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for a highly organised individual, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be confident when liaising with stakeholders over the phone or by email and have good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced in Excel, PowerPoint and VISIO skills would be an advantage.
