What are you going to do:
The company you will be working for is on a mission to shift the power from large platforms to independent hotels. They want to replace high commission bookings with direct bookings and turn bad guest experiences into unforgettable memories. Through their work, they help hoteliers around the world to improve their service, market themselves better and thus increase their direct booking numbers.
By working as a full-time account manager in home office, you will help to realize this mission. Your tasks will include the following:
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships: You will be the first point of contact for customers and you will also ensure that they are happy.
- Analyzing customer needs: Over time, you will learn what customers need and find the best solutions for them.
- Creating initial proposals: You will create the first proposal for the client and ensure that all parties are satisfied with it.
- Working with internal teams: You will work closely with other teams to achieve the best results. And if you have any problems, there is always someone there to help you.

What we ask:
- At least finished college A levels
- You have already gained experience in the hotel or catering industry;
- You can communicate well with people;
- You speak fluent German;
- You have also already gained experience in the sales area.
