Join our team as an Assistant to the Real Estate Operations Manager! Manage tenant check-ins, help with furnishings, procurement, and maintenance, and handle client-facing tasks. Opportunity for growth into lettings and sales for the right candidate!

What are you going to do:

We’re seeking a proactive Assistant to support our Real Estate Operations Manager. Your key responsibilities include managing tenant check-ins, assisting with furnishing and procurement, coordinating property maintenance, and handling client-facing tasks. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied. This position offers a diverse range of tasks, from sourcing furniture to coordinating repairs, so flexibility and multitasking are essential.

For the right candidate, there’s a significant growth opportunity to expand into lettings and sales. If you’re organized, love working with people, and enjoy variety in your day-to-day tasks, this role is perfect for you. Previous experience in property management or related fields is a plus, but not required.
