As a Sales Advisor based at our Plumb Centre in Liverpool (L6 1DE) you’ll be responsible for:  

• Serving customers on the trade counter by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.

• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.

• Answering customer enquiries via phone/email with a friendly and proactive attitude.

• Mechanising stock and maintaining high standards within the branch

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a beneficial.

• Ability to prioritise workload and manage time efficiently.

• Great team player with a willingness to support in all areas of the branch.

This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 8am - 5pm and Saturday mornings on a rota in the future when needed.
