JOB DESCRIPTION
First point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
Handle the check-in and check-out process, ensure guests are informed about the hotel’s services, and assist with their needs throughout their stay
Requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Hospitality, or a related field
English skills in Intermediate Level
Communication skills in Intermediate Level
Preference: 1 year-experience working in the field of Hospitality
