Our Coding Senseis (tutors) are the heartbeat of our franchise business and we’re super lucky to have a great team and culture which has enabled us to grow our business over the last 3 years.
Our Senseis are great at:
- Building strong relationships with each child they’re mentoring and coaching
- Developing curiosity and understanding unique individual needs
- Creating a positive and safe environment in which kids can grow and have lots of fun!
As part of our growth, we’re now on the hunt for 4 new Coding Senseis to join our team in St Albans and maybe even support us in our Borehamwood centre.
