This individual will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer information into our database, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for excellent data entry
- Enter customer information into our database with a high level of accuracy
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data integrity
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with customer databases is a plus
