Previous experience within a busy administrator job and ability to schedule work would be desirable.

Administrator Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating client web-based database to collaborate information. In regards to 30-minute, 2 hour and 24 hour call outs from branch networks
• Coordinate and schedule work with sub-contractors and branches arranging engineers.
• Create and develop spreadsheets to manage all lift jobs which are new, decommissioned and suspended.
• Generate reports using Excel to support various administrative tasks.
• Perform general admin duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, handling couriers, and managing post.

Administrator Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in an admin job or similar role is essential.
• An NVQ in Administration or equivalent is preferred.
• Lift industry or equivalent experience is desirable
• Strong customer service skills and excellent IT proficiency are key for this role.
