Job Title: Pastoral Assistant
Location: Manor House School, Slinfold, Horsham
Salary: Up to £23,500 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Pastoral Assistant to join our close-knit team at Manor House School located in Slinfold.
To provide learning and care support for pupils with special educational needs (SEND) particularly SEMH to help work towards the outcomes on their education and health care plan (EHCP). This will involve supporting teachers and teaching assistants with to plan and deliver activities and supporting the pupil with routines, transitions, behaviour management and the smooth running of the school.

Manor House School is an independent special educational needs provision, the school supports boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 18 years of age who have a range of social emotional and mental health needs. The philosophy of our school is based upon principles which are holistic, inclusive, aspirational, and progressive. The successful candidate will support our teachers working alongside other support staff and therapists, to deliver the curriculum and help nurture a therapeutic environment to meet a range of needs including social, emotional, behavioural, communication and learning difficulties.
