The Ideal Candidate

You will be the face of Wax; introducing customers to the brand, providing exceptional service and a memorable shopping experience. You will be personable, with strong communication skills. Previous experience in retail is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and engaging customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Developing a deep understanding of the product range, including our stories, silhouettes and fabrics.
• Offering expert advice on fit, styling and product care.
• Ensuring the concession area is clean, tidy and maintained to company standards.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards, treating the product with respect and co-ordinating displays.
• Manage concession inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of merchandise is always available.
