About the Role


We’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to manage the end-to-end administration processes for our Flexible Benefits clients, including handling the employee helpdesk. Whether or not you have Employee Benefits experience, this role offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and become an expert in the field.


How you'll make an impact

  • Administer flexible benefits platforms, including Access2Benefits, with accurate data validation and client-specific setups.
  • Provide professional and accurate support through client and employee helpdesk services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage workflows effectively to meet deadlines and service levels with exceptional accuracy.
  • Deliver tailored digital benefit solutions and oversee end-to-end client administration processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date, compliant records using CRM, DMS, and Jira systems.
  • Collaborate across teams to exceed client expectations and ensure timely task completion.
  • Ensure all work complies with internal policies, data protection, and regulatory standards.

About You

  • Strong foundation in Maths and English.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Degree or Business Administration qualifications - desireable.

Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced Excel skills and IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, internal systems).
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, particularly during busy periods.
