Konecta UK is a rapidly expanding outsourcing company and this is an exciting time to join us. As Senior Telesales Manager, you will be part of a new project for Konecta UK with excellent opportunities. You will be responsible and oversee the management of the pilot, consisting of 30 Telesales Agents and 1 Team Manager. You will also have input into the set up and progressive strategy’s for our new Telesales platform. 

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be required to produce accurate sales forecasts and recommendations to improve sales revenues.

Team – Managing a team of circa. 30 FTE and 1 Team Manager
Opening Hours – Monday to Saturday 08:00 – 20:00
Grade – Business Developer
Basic Salary - £25,000 – £28,000 (OTE £40,000) per annum
Based in Central Milton Keynes linked by public transport.


Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily management of pilot including Agents and Managers
  • Assist Operations manager in data analysis of CRM outputs
  • Assist Operations manager in creation of presentations for Director and Client meetings
  • Assist Operations Manager when dealing with major commercial accounts
  • Recommendations on sales team progressive improvement strategy’s for use in MI reporting and Operational budget planning
  • Creating accurate forecasts to assist in scheduling maximising conversion rates
  • Develop a coaching and development framework with Learning &
  • Development Manager
  • Regular reviews with teams covering performance to improve targets and campaign management
  • Monitor calls to improve quality and sales conversion rates
  • Provide necessary coaching and training support to agents
Basic Salary

£25,000 – £28,000 (OTE £40,000) per annum
