My Mortgage Finder is a specialist mortgage brokerage with years of experience in helping people with poor, or no, credit history we need someone to go into the community and find clients we can help to achieve their dream of home-ownership.
We need someone to work from home, and within their local area to find people who are looking to buy a home, or remortgage from a high interest rate to a lower, more affordable, one.
We can help almost anyone to own their own home, but we specialise in Bad Credit, Later Life, and First Time lending. The right person will be someone who can work online to reach such people, and/or go into the community and find such people at events, gatherings, or individually.
Appearance and clothing is less important that attitude and ability.
You will need to be able to talk in front of groups of people, as well as one-to-one.
You will not need to know about mortgages, the house-buying process, or finaincial services, but if you can answer some basic questions that may help you succeed in this role.
You can work as little, or as much as you like, at whatever time of night or day.
You can set up your own business and online presence if you want to- we have our own social media team so you will need to establish your own brand ands use that to refer clients to us.
Pay is based entirely on results. You will be paid for each genuine referral, and again when the mortgage and protection completes. OTE £40,000 for full time.
