About the program
As a first or second year student, our Spring Week is the perfect way to discover what a career in Banking at RBS could offer you. On our week-long program either you'll learn about how we advise businesses of all sizes or learn about banking on the global stage - it all depends whether you choose to explore International or Corporate Banking. Wherever you join, you can expect two days of training followed by two days in different departments. This way you'll have every opportunity to experience the different types of work we do. You'll also have the chance to take part in networking events and be invited to interview for a place on our summer internship program.
About you
At this stage, we do not expect you to know exactly where you want to grow your career. However, we are looking for people who are interested in working within financial services. For our Spring Week internships, passion, commitment, self-motivation, curiosity and an eagerness to learn are just as important as a strong academic record. And Because we want to work with people who think differently, we welcome applications from all degree disciplines.
