Evenings and Weekends Bookings coordinator - Work from Home in London

What are you going to do:

Description of the role

This is a FREELANCE work suitable for university students who would like to work evenings and weekends around their studies. After a period of training, shifts can be worked from home.You must have availability to work roughly  2 shifts during the weekdays and 1 shift over the weekend. 

The role:

• Answering the phone and replying to emails to take appointments from 5 star hotels and spas
• Managing an online booking system to organise bookings.
• Understanding our clients' needs and matching them with the right therapist
• Assisting therapists in managing their online diaries
• Some Admin tasks

Office Hours
The candidate's usual hours would be Monday to Friday 4pm -10pm and weekends either 8am-4pm or 4pm-10pm.  You will be provided with a mobile phone, but must have a laptop, internet access and a quiet working environment.

•  Has outstanding telephone manner
• Superior customer care skills and attitude
• Is detail oriented
• Is able to work on their own as well as be a team player

Previous Experience
Previous Experience in a customer services is a plus. Training will be provided.
