What are you going to do:
As a Talent Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting students interested in earning extra income through social media content creation. You’ll use your networking skills, creativity, and initiative to build a talent pipeline while learning key business skills in recruitment, marketing, and outreach.
This role offers flexible remote work to fit around your studies, alongside commission-based earnings and personal development opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and approach potential candidates on campus and online.
- Promote the opportunity through social media and university groups.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract new creators.
- Build and manage a network of referrals.
- Track and report your recruitment efforts and results.
