Harmonia Productions is a central Brighton based music production company business that is now increasingly involved in digitally marketing its productions and services.

5 - 30 hours per week

What are you going to do:

The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will be a part-time position and will manage LinkedIn and Facebook accounts while working with the project manager to ensure branding and messaging is consistent. You will be working collaboratively with the team to develop new marketing strategies in the lead up to a book launch! Digital skills such as familiarising with new marketing apps-Patreon, Active Campaign, Dialog Flow and placing Facebook ads are essential for this post.

You will be working remotely for this role. But to be based in the Brighton and Hove area would be a distinct advantage

Anything you are not familiar with training will be provided

 

Working within a committed Digital Team, your weekly tasks will include:

  • Manage and maintain our Linked in and Facebook Accounts, working with the Project Manager to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Develop and post engaging content, including text, images, and videos to grow audience engagement.
  • Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and interact with followers.
  • Reach out to festival bookers and event organisers to secure bookings and partnerships, and update the Reach Out spreadsheet accordingly.
  • Research and identify relevant festivals, networking opportunities and industry events and update the Reach Out spreadsheet accordingly.
  • Track outreach efforts, follow up with potential partners and maintain an organised database.
  • Assist with book promotion by developing marketing campaigns, reaching out to influencers and coordinating book-related events.
  • Work collaboratively with the Team to develop marketing strategies that align with company goals.

 

This is an unpaid Internship
