Our Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) division delivers project solutions, maintenance & service solutions that support our customers HVAC needs. We are the OEM for SABROE, Frick Compressors & York products with trained engineers located nationally.
 

We are looking for a Service Coordinator with strong organisational skills, to take ownership for coordinating our service support teams, ensuring that our customers maintenance and repairs are met with great customer service and a timely response. This role is office based, in Bordon UK.

How you will do it:

  • Overall Engineer scheduling
  • Engineers Utilisation (Time & Attendance)
  • Engineer Planner Management
  • Raising Jobs – Maintenance, Quoted & Reactive
  • Parts Ordering
  • Communicating with Customers (Verbally and in Writing)
  • Obtaining Customer Pos, Accounts Receivable / Payable Management
  • Maintaining Customer KPIs
  • Customer Invoicing, Quotations / Estimates (Driven from Engineer Timesheets)
  • WIP Management

  • Office 365 experience
