Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our HVAC Applied Technology sales team across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 7 sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A key focus of this role will be on coaching and developing the sales team to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 7 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the HVAC Applied Technology market.
Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the HVAC or related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
