Job Title: New Business Advisor – Inside Sales

Job Overview

As a New Business Advisor in our Inside Sales team, you will play a crucial role in maximising sales opportunities of our market-leading security systems to New residential customers. This position requires a proactive, consultative approach with potential customers about their home security needs, protecting their homes, loved ones and valuables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Consultation: Engage with domestic customers via phone to understand their home security needs and provide tailored recommendations.

  • Promote Brand Awareness: Advocate for our brand to all customers and prospective customers to enhance market presence.

  • Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information regarding our products, policies, and procedures to customers.

  • Lead Processing: Undertake all administrative tasks associated with processing leads and opportunities using Salesforce.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate a seamless customer experience.

  • Performance Targets: Work towards achieving predefined performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the management.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Skills:

  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal systems (training will be provided).

  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional ability to deliver a customer-first experience.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.

  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate within a team while managing individual workload effectively.

  • Target Orientation: Capable of working to targets and meeting KPIs set by the organization.

Desirable Experience:

  • New Business Telesales experience is required with a proven track record, thorough product and system training will be provided.
