What you will do:

As a Project Surveyor, you will:

  • Oversee and manage cost and contractual aspects of decarbonisation projects, ensuring financial and environmental targets are met.

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and forecasting for a wide variety of projects.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and clients to ensure sustainable project delivery.

  • Monitor budgets, manage risks, and provide regular project performance reports.

  • Contribute to the development of innovative cost-saving strategies that align with decarbonisation objectives.

  • Liaise with clients to ensure project goals are clearly understood and exceeded.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS or similar) is desirable.

  • Proven experience in project surveying within sustainability-focused projects is a plus.

  • Excellent cost management and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • A proactive and innovative mindset, passionate about driving change in the industry.
