PHILPOTT is an award-winning, London-based creative agency collaborating with top brands, SMEs, NGOs, education, arts and cultural organisations. Owners Adrian & Zoe Philpott are specialists in design and in storytelling using technology. Their client base is global. They are seeking a full-time Production Assistant intern to start work the week beginning 21st August, for a minimum of 1 month, working predominantly from their home studio in Forest Hill (East London Zone 3), but also accompanying them to clients’ premises and to rehearsal studios.
As a Production assistant, work will involve shadowing directors Adrian and Zoe Philpott, assisting with rehearsals, attending production meetings and taking notes, liaising with clients, implementing social media campaigns, assisting with day-to-day running of the office, dealing with accounts and expenses as well as other business administration.
We will cover lunch (£7.50 per day) and travel expenses between London zones 1 to 3.
No experience is necessary. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to demonstrate an interest in production and creative design.
