Swire Management Trainee Programme 2019 in London

The Programme has two sub-programmes: Group Staff and House Staff. Both offer highly competitive package. The industry and geographical scope of each varies.

What are you going to do:

What we offer

For House Staff, you'll experience international postings across multiple countries on job rotations.

What we ask

  • At least finished university degree
  • You have or are expecting an undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK 2.1/GPA 3.0 out of 4.0.
  • International experiences through internships or study abroad are an advantage.
  • You have the ambition, tenacity and potential to develop into a senior leader with Swire.
  • You are culturally sensitive and quickly adaptable to new roles and situations.
  • You exhibit the Swire values of excellence, endeavor, humility, continuity and integrity.
  • You have an excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum HKDSE 5, TOEFL 80, TOEIC 750 or equivalent).
