Watch NETFLIX While Working - Relocation to Portugal

What are you going to do:

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented people to support the customer service of Netflix for at least 12 months. While you work as a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d), you can watch your favorite Netflix shows between calls: After all, you have to advise customers on the right choice of shows or movies! Other advantages are the comfortable sofas in the break room where you can also watch Netflix with your colleagues on a large screen.

You are going to advise german-speaking customers on the selection of films and shows, as well as help them with any other question they have regarding the app, their accounts, settings etc. 

Your tasks:

• The first point of contact for customers from Austria, Switzerland and Germany (In-Bound);
• Answering customers questions and solving their problems via phone, mail and live-chat (In-bound);
• Documentation of all requests and processes in the database.
