As a LEGO Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will greet customers with a smile and engage them in conversation to understand their needs and interests. You will help them find the perfect LEGO sets or products to match their interests, whether they are looking for a classic set or the latest LEGO release.
Your responsibilities will also include maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring that all products are fully stocked and organized. You will process transactions and handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about LEGO and can communicate that enthusiasm to our customers. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We will provide training on LEGO products and customer service to ensure you have the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role.
